From a family with deep - rooted tradition of olive trees, Assimakis Papadimitriou is the visionary behind Terra Omiros. A citizen of the world, having mastered with true vision to create a Superior Extra Virgin Olive Oil, he made his life’s task to share it with the world. His childhood memories are still vivid, the sharing of precious moments during the harvest season with his father and grandfather, gathering olives by hand, selecting and keeping the best. It took decades of evaluation to test the olive groves of farmers that are now along his side, sharing the same philosophy. Always by him stands his wife, the renowned painter Caterina Marouda, sharing the same refined taste and appreciation of perfection.
